Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs. Responsibility and Disclaimer: You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. When shipping to European countries, most times your order won't go through the customs at all.


 
Return and Exchange Policy:
Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). Helideals reserves the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.
There is no return once the merchandise box is opened. Clearance items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.
Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we further process and ship out any replacement. All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers which provide a tracking number as proof of shipment. (In case your item does not reach us, you might need to check with your local shipping carrier.) Helideals is not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in the course of shipping.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we ship out replacement for free and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company's management. Helideals reserves the right to return merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
